Orders
Are your products made-to-order?
Yes. Every LE NON-DIT piece is produced individually after an order is placed. We do not mass-produce inventory.
This made-to-order approach helps reduce overproduction and supports a more intentional production cycle.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins. Because all items are made-to-order, cancellation or modification requests submitted after production has started may not be possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. LE NON-DIT ships worldwide.
Shipping availability may vary depending on destination, carrier restrictions, or regional limitations.
How long does shipping take?
Production typically requires 2–5 business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- USA & Canada: 4–8 business days
- Europe (EU/UK/EEA): 5–10 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Middle East & Africa: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I can’t find my package.
Please first contact the shipping carrier directly. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, LE NON-DIT cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the shipment.
We recommend checking:
- nearby areas,
- mailrooms,
- reception desks,
- neighbors, or local postal facilities.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because all items are made-to-order, most orders are considered final sale.
We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- incorrect size selection,
- fit preference,
- change of mind,
- subjective dissatisfaction, or normal production variations.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives materially damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?
We generally do not offer direct exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If eligible, approved issues may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

How should I choose my size?
Please review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing an order.
Sizing may vary slightly between garment styles and manufacturers.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Minor variations may occur due to:
- screen settings,
- lighting,
- fabric texture,
- print positioning,
- embroidery placement,
- garment dye processes, or production tolerances.
These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
Are your garments sustainably produced?
LE NON-DIT operates primarily on a made-to-order production model to reduce unnecessary overproduction and waste. We work with international production partners based on product category and fulfillment region.
