Welcome to LE NON-DIT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, content, and related platforms operated by LE NON-DIT (“LE NON-DIT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website or place an order.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • all information provided is accurate and complete;
  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  • your use of the website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion.


2. Nature of Products

LE NON-DIT is a made-to-order international fashion and lifestyle brand.

All products are produced individually upon purchase and are not mass-manufactured inventory items.

Because products are made-to-order:

  • slight variations in print placement, embroidery alignment, garment texture, color tone, stitching, sizing, wash effect, or finishing may occur;
  • mockups, campaign imagery, editorial imagery, AI-assisted visuals, and digital previews are illustrative references only and may not perfectly reflect the final physical product;
  • product colors may vary depending on screen calibration, lighting conditions, device displays, fabric absorption, and production methods.

Such minor variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds, exchanges, disputes, or chargebacks.


3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

LE NON-DIT reserves the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order;
  • limit quantities purchased;
  • reject orders flagged as high-risk, fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or commercially exploitative;
  • cancel duplicate or reseller-related transactions;
  • request identity verification prior to fulfillment.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment for any lawful reason.

If payment has already been captured for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Prices, product availability, shipping fees, taxes, duties, and promotional offers may change at any time without notice.

LE NON-DIT is not responsible for pricing errors, typographical mistakes, system malfunctions, exchange-rate fluctuations, or technical inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders.


5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship internationally to eligible destinations.

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

LE NON-DIT shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance;
  • import inspections;
  • carrier disruptions;
  • weather events;
  • geopolitical events;
  • pandemics;
  • labor shortages;
  • transportation interruptions;
  • inaccurate customer information;
  • force majeure events;
  • third-party logistics failures.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • providing accurate shipping information;
  • monitoring tracking updates;
  • paying customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or import-related charges;
  • complying with local import laws.

Failure to pay customs fees or failure to receive a package does not entitle the customer to a refund.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, returned, undeliverable, or delayed due to customer action or inaction, LE NON-DIT shall have no obligation to refund, replace, or reship the order.

Because products are made-to-order, customers wishing to receive the item again after a failed delivery must place a new order at their own expense.

LE NON-DIT is not liable for packages lost, damaged, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered after transfer to the shipping carrier, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Risk of loss and title transfer in accordance with applicable law in the destination jurisdiction.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • sizing issues;
  • fit preference;
  • change of mind;
  • buyer’s remorse;
  • color perception differences;
  • dissatisfaction with subjective aesthetic preferences;
  • delays caused by carriers or customs;
  • refused shipments;
  • incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • order number;
  • photographs clearly showing the issue;
  • original packaging where applicable.

If approved, LE NON-DIT may, at its sole discretion:

  • replace the item;
  • issue store credit;
  • issue a partial or full refund.

Normal production variations do not qualify as defects.


EU/UK/EEA Consumer Rights

For orders shipped to the EU, UK, or EEA, customers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including limited withdrawal rights.

However, pursuant to applicable exemptions for personalized or made-to-order goods, certain products may not qualify for cancellation or return rights.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  • returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition;
  • original tags and packaging must remain intact;
  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs;
  • original shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required otherwise.

LE NON-DIT reserves the right to reduce refunds where product value has diminished due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

For hygiene-sensitive products, including hats and certain accessories, return eligibility may be restricted for health and hygiene reasons.


7. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order, you agree to first contact LE NON-DIT to attempt good-faith resolution prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may constitute breach of these Terms.

LE NON-DIT reserves the right to:

  • dispute illegitimate chargebacks;
  • submit evidence to financial institutions;
  • suspend future purchases;
  • blacklist abusive customers;
  • pursue recovery of losses, fees, damages, and associated administrative costs where legally permitted.

Evidence submitted in dispute proceedings may include:

  • tracking information;
  • order records;
  • IP address logs;
  • billing verification;
  • communications;
  • delivery confirmations;
  • fraud screening results.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • designs;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • branding;
  • artwork;
  • slogans;
  • editorial concepts;
  • product photography;
  • videos;
  • AI-generated assets;
  • website copy;
  • campaign materials,

are owned exclusively by LE NON-DIT and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, scraped, trained into AI models, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the website unlawfully;
  • interfere with platform security;
  • engage in harassment or abusive conduct;
  • upload malicious software;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • misuse promotional programs;
  • manipulate reviews, discounts, referrals, or affiliate systems;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through confidential and binding arbitration in Hong Kong, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • disputes must be brought individually and not as part of any class action;
  • customers waive participation in collective or representative proceedings.

Consumers may retain mandatory rights available under local consumer protection laws.

By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from LE NON-DIT, including transactional emails, policy updates, order notifications, and customer support communications.

Electronic communications satisfy legal communication requirements.
